Develop and execute data-driven strategies to maximize customer lifetime value (CLV) by increase loyalty, retention, and revenue through personalized campaigns, upselling, cross-selling, and lifecycle management
Provide exceptional leadership and support to Support Center Associate Team Leaders and their remote field-based teams, ensuring they maintain EEA standards for exceptional customer experience Drive innovation in our Service Centers to improve the customer experience and/or improve Service Center efficiency Plan expansion throw the country, profitability analises, trips for researches Create tools and processes necessary for the smooth daily functioning of Assistance Centers Develop materials and create scalable training systems Ensure effective communication and the implementation of processes, policies and procedures that boost business at the Assistance Center level Collect, analyze and report data on monthly Help Center activities and tools, including but not limited to the use of Performance Cards, Exceptional Customer Experience Standards, Quality Standards, Help Center Network Growth (including identification, preparation of minimum viable products and launch of new Assistance Centers), inventory control, customer support, etc. Monitor team budgets and expenses, propose future cost reduction strategies and ensure compliance with budgets Work closely with the Head of the Customer Experience Department on special Customer Experience-related projects or country-wide operations as required Collaborate with Sales and Portfolio Teams to drive growth and ensure customer retention
Analyzing business operations and strategies to identify new opportunities. Identifying cost reductions to increase sales revenue. Reporting findings and obtaining approval from senior management, when required. Adding value to product offerings to increase sales. Evaluating and improving sales strategies, as well as identifying new customers. Writing proposals and liaising with other departments to align strategies.
