I have excellent organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work on own initiative thus led in identifying and researching the priorities of new and existing donors , keeping up to date with funding trends, opportunities and strategies of grant giving organizations, bi lateral and multi lateral commitments. Thus in my current position I lead in maintaining the overall regional overview of programme development and management as well as resource mobilization for the Southern Africa sub region for Young Africa International. Supporting the Southern Africa Country Directors, and Programme Managers in maintaining efficient donor relationship management by providing appropriate and timely feedback to ensure they are fully informed of project progress and success with all new and existing donors. I have excellent financial and budgetary management skills as I have worked with over ten budgets per given period of time. I have vast experience with more than 10 years in leading and coordinating the development and submission of high quality consortium proposals in close collaboration with the partner organizations, International, regional and country teams. I have led in the grant management of various funding partners like the European Union, DFID, and UN Women. Programme management, report writing, monitoring and Evaluation as well as organizational development have been my major strengths in my career while capacity building in all these aspects stand out strong where it is required.
