Summary

I am a community development practitioner with experience spanning over 20 years. I have been working with Mozambican and international NGOs in Mozambique, Zimbabwe, Sierra Leone and Angola. The work includes close relationship and coordination with civil society coalitions, government institutions, development partners, United Nations Agencies and other relevant stakeholders on issues related to humanitarian relief, livelihood and food security, nutrition, malaria, water and sanitation, child rights and gender equity, social policy analysis. I have relevant experience working in program management with special focus on policy, budget and social accountability. As an independent consultant, I authored several Project Evaluation analyses and Evaluations of organizational strategic plans and programs. I have an excellent understanding of the regulations of major donnors such as USAID, World Bank and fluent in Portuguese and English. My successful experience includes implementing results‐oriented behavior change programs, in partnership with multiple program partners in positions of Country Representative for NGOs, Project Coordinator, Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator.
