I possess more than six (6) years’ experience as Human Resources; this post includes a range of duties such as keeping control and managing the current account of the suppliers such as: -Recruitment : Coordinate recruitment logistics assessments, interviews, update the recruitment tracker, schedule interviews, invite candidates for interviews, book meeting rooms, compile feedback reports, make job descriptions, draft contracts as necessary and submit documents for background checks; -Generate approved offer letters to be sent to applicants; -Prepare employment contracts, contract addendum and employment related documentation such as verification letters and work certificates; -Induction: Ensure all placement processes are implemented for all new staff, organize and coordinate induction sessions, also the induction of new staff (Welcome note, Briefing schedule, supervise the Briefing process for delegates and national staff); -Records Management : Open files for new staff and ensure all relevant documents are filed, ensure HR database is updated (Primavera), input new staff information as per; -Processing of expatriates’ documents; Work Permit, Equivalence Certificate, Work of Residence Permit in the RSA, Visa, Extension of work residence or business Visa, Dire and visas to all countries with representations in Mozambique; -Experience in preparing staff payroll on Primavera, Maintaining leave plan; -Staff discipline/Carry-out disciplinary processes; -Follow up on Staffs contracts (starting date, end date and extension if needed); -Prepare correspondence letters : bank letters, recommendation letters; -In some areas update items through data entry from workflow request including new hires, terminations, rate changes, promotions, address changes etc; -Prepare documents for Labor Inspections, audits, and periodic ad hoc
