António Rodrigues is an experienced SME Relationship Manager (Small and Medium Enterprises) with 8+ years’ experience in Relationship Management, Commercial Relationship, Client Value Proposition, Coverage Support, Team Leadership, Portfolio Management, Working Capital Management, Risk Management and Compliance, Project Management (Business Project) and General Management. He has solid knowledge in leading, communicating, planning and coordinating, cost and budget management, team management, as well as a strong leadership. He worked for the last 8+ years at Absa Bank Mozambique and, after an exposure in the industry sector operating as production quality supervisor and administrative assistant at FRANGO KING MILLING (GETT, LTD) in Nampula, he then moved to the Commercial Banking sector as he joined BARCLAYS BANK MOZAMBIQUE in Nampula Province, Mozambique.
