I am Expert in Public Health Supply Chain Management, Health Systems Strengthening, Strategic Planning, Commodity Security and Quality Assurance, Customer Service, and Shipping Receiving, including managing relationships with third-party logistics providers, investigating inventory discrepancies, and using management systems, with more than 20 years of progressive experience supporting the Ministry of Health (MOH) in Mozambique, Angola and São Tome and Principe to improve Public Health Supply Chain and Primary Health Care. From 2016 to 2019 I provided technical support for ENVISION RTI International, Global Health Division to conduct the Impact Assessment of the Mass Drug Administration (MDA) and Trachoma Mapping in Nampula, Niassa, Tete, Zambézia, Manica and Cabo Delgado provinces. Also, I supported the Ministry of Health (MOH), RTI International and International Trachoma Initiative (ITI) on quantification, planning, forecasting and importation process for Neglected Tropical Diseases (NTDs) drugs, including preparation of the annual application to various drug donors in coordination with Central Medical Stores (CMAM) to ensure proper documentation of importation and customs clearance of donated drugs. In 2017 I supported the Ministry of Health (MOH) through the EPHOM FRANCE, ORDRE DE MALTE and KWALITY PHARMACEUTICALS PVT, LTD, to advise on the process of importing medicines to leprosy treatment.
