Part of my current work as Education Project Manager, I oversee the development, implementation and management of projects life cycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & control and closure using effective tools and techniques. I also help identify and connect MMF with relevant partners, communities and many other stakeholders of the project. Additionally, I maintain a close working relationship with the Public Education Department principals at district, provincial and national levels. In addition to that, I lead and provide technical knowledge in planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting. Furthermore, I prepare systematic reports in English to donors and stakeholders in a timely manner. I am used to traveling to different places where MMF is operating, in the country and abroad (Tanzania, Kenya and Madagascar). My work also includes providing programmatic, USAID and NORAD financial (project budget) and administrative leadership to achieve deliverables. Over the years, I have developed incredible skills in managing project activities, finance, material and human resources. I do training and capacity building for the staff, as well as preparing new grants and proposals.
