Summary

I am a self-motivated person with eight (8) years of work experience in Monitoring, Evaluation and Accountability and Learning, leadership and management of development programs and projects, in the areas of women's economic empowerment, vulnerable livelihoods, training and advocacy, supporting a human rights-based and gender-sensitive approach to resource management in conservation areas. I currently work as a Senior Manager of Monitoring and Evaluation where I deal with the development processes of project proposals, control of project implementation, elaboration of indicators and instruments for verification and progress of Projects, liaison with the different intervenient (stakeholders) institutional partners, governments local organizations, social activists and non-profit organizations. Actually, I work as Meal Senior Officer for Humanity & Inclusion HI (The new name of Handicap International), developing action (Identification, Evaluation and attribute with assistive device) on Inclusion of people with disability and as Safeguarding Focal Point with the task of ensuring the dissemination and training of partners, employees and suppliers of goods and services in Code of conduct, Anti-Fraud and Corruption Policies, child protection and PSEAH on several Project funded by IOM, UNCHR, ECHO, CDCS, NORAD, AVSI, CUAMM i worked as a Monitoring, Evaluation and Evaluation Programs Officer for (5) five at Care International Inhambane - Maxixe, during this period I had the opportunity to produce programs and instruments for training and empowerment of committees and district platforms empowering women, girls and children under-5s engaging men and youth through training and advocacy, pursuing social justice in the SANI (Southern Africa Nutrition Initiative) project, which aimed to improve access to gender-sensitive nutritional health services and the women's empowerment Zambia and Malawi, funded by CARE – Canada
