Summary of experience in Boilermaking/welding I am a class one, Apprentice trained in Boilermaker with over 9 years post qualification experience who is willing to transfer, impart accrued knowledge of metal fabrication for the past 12years in a heavy manufacturing industry. I am an enthusiastic professional, innovative, competent and reliable Boilermaker with exceptional attention to detail and a superior work ethics. I am highly experienced in structural steel fabrication, pipe & plate work, welding both light & heavy gauge, plant maintenance and manufacturing components. Over the years, i accrued indepth knowledge in heavy plate, pipe work and structural steel fabrication. Pipe work and developments of lobsters, reducers,T - pieces, flange coupling and threaded among others are some of the work that i have been exposed to. I have indepth knowledge in structural steel fabrication, heavy plate work and sheet metal work experience. Conversant with power machines in forming or drawing such as rolling, press brakes, bending and punching equipment to make steel components. Marking out and cutting for components fabrication using both profile flame cutting and machine cutting expertise. are part of the work and cannot be over ephasised. Basic rigging experience due to the nature of my work is a fundamental skill i possess. I have practical knowledge of welding using, MMAW, MIG, CO2, TIGW and Brazing. Moreover, i have outstanding skills in schematic and blueprint interpretation and AutoCAD. As a class one Boilermaker, i was trained in SHEQ under the auspices of ISO 14001 of 2015, ISO 45001of 2018 and ISO 9001 of 2015, i consistently adhere to SHEQ when executing work plan and procedures. Maintenance scheduling, trouble shooting and planning and a strong team player are some of my attributes complimented by computer proficiency and indepth knowledge of Microsoft office suite tools.
