With Ten (10) years’ experience in the natural resources management industry by donor funds, namely Land use management and conservation and wildlife, and likewise Ten (10) years in a transforming industry, retail and mining environments, has been managing human capital, labor and industrial relations, organizational and employee review, and managing contracts. Moreover, has been enrolled in organizational planning, design, implementation and operationalization of policies, highlighting administrative procedures, SOPs and programme operational manuals. Within wildlife and conservation was responsible for aligning human resource practices with the mission and goals of organization, focused on environmental conservation and sustainability, ensuring also that the workforce is not only highly skilled but also motivated and aligned with the organization's long-term environmental mission. Within land use sector, use to manage an average of Fifty (50) annual Community Projects Contracts, and Five (05) annual Programme-Contracts with financing partners, worth USD 6 Million. Has a degree in International Relations and Diplomacy in ISRI Maputo, is Lead Implementer ISO 22301 (Business Continuity Management Systems) by PECB – Professional Evaluation and Certification Board of Canada, and coursed Fundamentals of Aviation – in Cranfield Aviation Training Center in Johannesburg, South Africa. Some years ago, led a process of an international certification of a factory in Mozambique, making it eligible for the supplying of goods to the giants of the beverage industry in Southern Africa.
