Due to my opportunity to complete the Laboratory Management System; ISO 17025 course and obtain certification, I possess exceptional laboratory skills and competency. I am well-versed in the calibration, upkeep, and use of laboratory equipment. I have been working as an intern in a food chemistry laboratory for a year now, during which time I've learned a lot about handling and testing food, sample preparation, and routine proximate analysis tests including those for crude fiber, fat, reducing sugars, total ash, and so on. In addition, I have participated in and gained a great deal of knowledge from workshops on intellectual property and quality management systems, which have opened my eyes to the importance of functioning alongside other majors in order to successfully complete laboratory projects.
