Having a track record in design and approval by donors for the following projects: o Basic Education Project – 2017 – 2019. Fund by UNICEF Mozambique, about 2 million USD (Reference contact: Clara Muchine, cmuchine@unicef.org); o Empowering boys and girls trouhg alternative education model -2019- 2021. Funded by Oxfam Hong Khong, about 300,000,00 USD (Reference contact: Wing Lang, wing.lam@oxfam.org.hk); o improving the social role of communities and school councils to accelerate access and retention of young boys and girls in primary schools – 2020-2021, designed to Plan International Inhambane an approved 400.000.00 EU for the 18 months of the implementation (Reference Contact: Moisés Mutuque, moises.mutuque@plan-international.org) a. Project management • Extensive work experience in implementing and coordinating projects related to quality basic education and community mobilization with particular emphasis on the training of teachers, school managers and members of school boards, Civil society Organizations, and NGOs, on quality Education related issues, which allowed me to acquire the following experiences: o Strategic planning and project management oriented towards results according to the Project Results Framework; o Act strategically to ensure the engagement of different partners in the project implementation process, from the central level (Ministry of Education) to the local level (schools, community and local education authorities); o Desing and Implement tools for risck assesment of potential partners to integrate in the organization's partnership portfolio and ensure periodic monitoring of the performance of the partners. o Prepare periodic project progress reports for more than 3 different donors, according to the required guidelines; o Pilot educational
