
I graduated with Honours in Accounting and Finance from the University of Asia Pacific of Technology and Innovation, Malaysia in partnership with Staffordshire University. Whilst studying there, I have done internship as Account clerk in a private company called Global Envdk Sdn Bhd. I have also attended internship at Grant Thornton, Maputo as Audit assistant. Currently, I am working as Disbursement controller at Bolloré Transport & Logistics / Pacific International Lines (PIL), where I am responsible for controlling if all customer's invoiced processes have been properly paid and collected, verify if the documentation of customer´s refund requests is all in order before submitting to refund, verify with accounting team all customer´s ageing balances, control and keep electronically and physically customer´s bank warranties in order to control their validity as well as for audit purposes, perform freight reconciliation, calculate detention and demurrage free time after cargo on board and released in order to make the reconciliation of collected amount from customers and what the shipping system is charging in order to write report at the end of the day or month. Although, when I joined to this company, I was working as Customer Service and Import Documentation Assistantfor almost 3 years and I was responsible for conducting shipping documentation, by handling and responding courteously and accurately any customer´s request via phone and e-mail regarding to their shipments, provide notices or other information to customers as applicable for holds, vessel arrival information, delays, or release status notifications, manage storage and inventory in case the person in charge is not around, collect and verify if all payments are settled, keep each customer file on the right place for audit purposes and container deposit refund requests, send and receive orders from abroad and locally, scan and save received suppliers invoice and address to accounting for
