
As Logistics Advisor he has extensive experience in the management of health systems and health commodities such as: HIV/AIDS logistics, human resources, facilities, equipment, other medicines, vaccines, pre and post graduate training for students and workers, whose results are measurable. He has twenty one (21) years of relevant experience in supply chain management of pharmaceuticals and health technologies, health commodities, pharmacovigilance, regulatory systems, systems strengthening projects; He has been dealing with the international donors such as USAID, CDC, Global Fund and World Bank; and, he understand the requirements for donor operations, and proven track record in resource mobilization, business development, and more. For 12 years in HCM, I have successfully managed 110 employees, including 18 Pharmacists, 50 Pharmacy Technicians, 20 Administrative, 2 data entry personnel and 20 service agents. Has also increased from 4 to 17 sectors (Pharmacies in all departments and clinical services). This success has earned him many awards, including participation in national and international congresses. Since 2017 he has been supervising the 1 DPM, 7 DDM, about 100 health facilities the total of 126 USs in the Maputo province.
