I am a Civil Engineering Professional with experience in civil engineering infrastructure construction projects execution, mainly construction materials testing, quality control, site investigations, and materials conceptual designs, formulation of quality control plans/inspection testing plans, construction supervision and project management. I have worked on several construction projects for the past 28 years. I have worked in the following capacities Materials Technician, Laboratory Manager, Inspector of Works, Materials Engineer, Civil Field Engineer, Assistant Resident Engineer and Site Agent. I have international exposure having worked in the following countries Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Angola, Mauritania, Guinea, Zambia and Uganda. I am comfortable in the English language plus a working knowledge of Portuguese and minor understanding of French. I hold an Associate of Science Degree in Civil Engineering Technology, Diploma in Project Management, Civil Engineering Technician Certificate, and a Certificate of Competency in Geotechnology. Iam a registered member of the South African Institute of Civil Engineers. Currently Iam engaged on a road construction project here in Mozambique as a Materials Engineer.
