Summary
I hold a Master of Education with over 7 years of experience in social projects management and leadership throughout the country. My professional experience has allowed me to develop strong project management and multidisciplinary team leading skills with a wide experience in coordinating activities in all provinces of Mozambique. My project management skills are combined with a vast knowledge in female empowerment approaches and abilities in gender equality mainstreaming in project activities. I am also experienced in developing training materials and packages as well as in providing trainings. In addition to this, my Master of Education in Ireland has added a significant value to my professional experience and knowledge through international and recent perspectives in education which I have been able to compare to Mozambican context and engage in diverse reflections for the most prominent educational issues internationally.
