Mr. José Carvalheira graduated in Civil Engineering, has more than 25 (twenty e five) years of experience in Management, Coordination, Supervision, Control and Planning of public Works, namely the general coordination of projects, work quality, quantities and cost, safety and health conditions, environment protection. In the last 15 (fifteen) years he has worked as a consultant and 6 (six) of those years almost exclusively in Mozambique and Angola (international companies).
