Cármen Pereira is a dynamic Project Manager & Communication for Development (C4D) expert, with strong skills in Strategic Development, Public Relations, Stakeholders engagement, behaviour Change Communication, International Cooperation, and Marketing for social change. Her ten years career has been built in Mozambique and overseas, mainly at the UN, an Embassy, Projects funded by international donors, and a Public Institution, where she has been working with C4D, Project Management, innovation, Strategic Planning in field-based operations and Advocacy, always in direct coordination with the Central and Local Government. She is an enthusiastic national and international volunteer, who has served for over 12 years in several community improvement initiatives for the protection and promotion of Human Rights.
