Daily activities involving Compiling, Implementing, and maintaining QHSE Management manuals containing supporting documentation which is in accordance with the ISO/EC 17025 requirements. Establishing root cause analysis for QHSE non-conformances, update, monitor statistics, corrective action and follow ups resulting from these and communicate the reports to the relevant people. Ensuring timeously investigation of OOS, deviations, complaints and corrective actions requests within the site and that the root cause\s are properly identified.
