I have a Post-graduation degree in Business Administration and over 10 years of experience working in Banking industry. I am presently attending an advanced English course at British Council Mozambique. My experience includes performing technical and administrative duties such as issuance of Letters of credit or guarantees, that Due to the high level of responsibility involved in the process , one of the keys rules is to have attention to the detail, to make analysis, identification of risks and check if all the internal procedures and international/national exchange law were properly followed. In my day to day work I must issue daily reports that allowed me to work and get better my performance over the years in Microsoft Excel application. I also issue reports to Central Bank, and exchange of correspondence with our correspondents, throw tracks of sent messages, amendment messages, queries, or any other important subject. To perform my responsibilities, I must work with other Teams to make sure all procedures are followed and give a timely feedback to our clients. Due to the type of responsibilities that I am on charge, I must attend and organize meetings (physical or online) to be aligned with the other teams and clients.
