Milton Saranga has more than 10 years of experience working in the social sectors, namely health, education and water and sanitation, including a strong understanding of the public finance system in Mozambique. Milton has extensive experience in working with development actors, having worked for about 3 years as a consultant (interacting with NGOs, government and donors), 3 years in a government institution (Centre for the Development of State Financial Information Systems - CEDSIF, under the Ministry of Finance) and currently 5 years at the Swiss Embassy as a Programme Officer for International Cooperation (also interacting with national and international NGOs and United Nations agencies). This range of institutions and experiences allows Milton Saranga to have a global vision of the main nuances in the field of development projects, including political dialogue.
