
I have headed many key accounts in Mozambique and have placed Reps to prospect small business and medium. While creating the controls to track and monitor there KPI and areas and sectors that they are prospecting in the said day or week or even month. I have a great understanding in Identifying Small to large accounts and Re-sellers and i believe my communication and vocabulary is next to non and really make a bond with my clients. I also have a great understanding in setting up a strategy based on each areas potential and what each area and sector can benefit our products and brand ( whatever brand that may be ) I am an extremely hard working and a go getting human and can assure my employer i will bring my all to the table and will show my worth through results and strategies in getting the results needed for success I have knowledge in Photoshop and Coral Draw to either create campaigns, Sales Templates, forms, Documents or even design ( Posters, social media content ) Little Actions Plan: Sales - I will want to look at tactics, create and redesign the strategy, Map Areas and what industry are in said areas, Look at what systems we have from sales to quote to dispatch and also create or upgrade on the system we report, track and monitor clients. Also creating a Sales plan / Road map on understanding the market, what are our strengths, weaknesses, opportunities & threats, mapping a client's journey and getting insight to create content, which are our target clients, revenue targets, resources and structure? Implementing CRM technology so reporting and tracking is made easy for each Sales Agent and INFORMATION is made available around the clock to make strategic decision
