I am work in the Rural and Economic Growth Development, for more than 22 years progressively, where 18 years, managing programme portfolio s funded by IFAD in Mozambique (Cabo Delgado, Niassa, Nampula, Zambézia, and recently in Maputo, Gaza and Inhambane Provincies); to develop opportunities of the Rural Entrepreneurs Financing.
