Summary

Growth in my career is one of the greatest goals of my life, especially being able to actively meet the challenges faced by the rural and disadvantaged communities and the country in general. I have experience working in Humanitarian assistance gained when Operations Officer at OXFAM Novib where I managed and ensured the effective and efficient implementation of all activities, strategic plans and designing and budgeting in way that targets and deadlines were met consistently; I led procurement process, logistic and facilitation of training and research activities; and participating on clusters meetings. I have experience as M&E Officer and Finance Management acquired at IEAL-Secondary Schools Project, funded by NORAD, an education promoting and social protection project working on advocacy and awareness raising among boys, girls and community in general. Where I also developed finance tasks and led the monitoring and evaluation process and report the project performance and suggest improving measures; I also supervised the schools building process in Maputo and Inhambane. I worked as an advisor for the rehabilitation centre for street children at Centro Juvenil Ingrid Chawner. A part of being an employee, I am a freelance consultant, doing research, leading data collection and analysis and producing report for various entities. In consultancy I have been working also as senior advisor for CONSILMO (the trade union confederation), preparing studies and waving opinions of the country´s economic situation, while preparing the social dialogue negotiating team. And supporting in trainings, cooperation and lobby toward the CCT at Ministry of Labour and Business community.
