I am an individual who is motivated to understand the operating environment of any company I join, appreciate the history and vision of that company, so that my contribution to that company can be meaningful. Throughout my career this has led to my rapid growth and early assignment of responsibilities, as my drive is about achieving the set objectives. I have also appreciated the fact that for increased efficiency and effectiveness, the set objectives should be simply laid out to everyone in the team and how the contribution of each member will add to the company’s success.
