Summary

• Administer all HR functions in coordination with HR Advisor; • Remain informed, on an ongoing basis, about current and changing HR-related laws, policies and “best practices” to ensure that current and future personnel policies, employment practices, and compensation packages are within the limits of established standards, procedures, guidelines and policies as well as applicable laws. • Maintain appropriate records and ensure confidentiality regarding personnel activities and personnel data including employment documentation, evaluations, exit interviews and other relevant information. • Consults legal counsel to ensure that policies comply with the country law; • Administer benefits programs such as health, and other insurance, Annual leave, sick leave, others and employee assistance; • Ensure compliance with HR Policy & Procedures in Coordination with HR Advisor; • Preparing & Posting ads for new post; • Resume screening and short listing; and Finalizing Questionnaire; • Conduct interviews in a panel shape; while using interview questionnaire and grading sheet; • Introduction of new employee with present staff; • Orientation of new employee with policies, rules and regulation specifically related to Human Resources; • Ensure that documents required in personnel files are complete and also manage other files related to Human Resources activities; • Assist in conducting performance evaluation for employee at the end of probationary period/Annual with supervisor/Director and Issue confirmation letter after probation completion after getting appropriate approvals & reviews; • Ensure preparation of proper & updated database of employees; • Ensure updated leave record of employees are maintained; • Collecting timesheets and prepare payroll with Finance Department; • Deal with Insurance Company to register new employee or inform termination; • Provide information to Internal and external auditor and
