Raquel Lembrança Zaqueu Das Neves is a Medical Doctor with a postgraduate in Public Health from the Eduardo Mondlane University. With over 18 years of experience including 8 years of working in USAID Raquel has worked with a number of organizations including, the Minister of Health at different levels, Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric Aids Foundation, the Ariel Glaser Pediatric Aids Foundation USAID. Her area of expertise includes Family planning (FP)/Reproductive Health program management, design/analysis, technical assistance to Ministry of health, management of multi-million-dollar programs, management of Maternal and Child Health (MCH), Malaria, HIV/AIDS/Tuberculosis and Nutrition programs at the primary level of the Mozambique’s Health system and General medical practice.
