• Strong general experience – over 15 years - in strengthening educational system institutions and policies through dialogue, capacity development, research and coordination with multi-stakeholder with reference to pre-school, primary, secondary, technical vocational education and teacher training institutions with the support of the EU as well as other as other bilateral/multilateral agencies such as CIDA, DANIDA, OSC, UNICEF, USAID and International NGOs (Save the Children, Finn Church Aid (FCA) and World Education) in the countries: Ethiopia, Türkiye, Botswana, Eritrea, Malawi, Mozambique, Zambia, Bolivia, Paraguay, Honduras, Angola, Equatorial Guinea.
