
I have been working as IT since 2006. Planner and problem solver, able to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality. I have been working on “A” companies providing quality IT support from 2012 until today. I have experience with SAP, Microsoft, VMware, Hypervisors, Citrix XenDesktop and CPSM, HP, Dell and Huawei Servers, Firewalls Administration, Veeam and Tape Backups, Security Systems Administration, Synology, QuickBooks, Fingerprint Solutions, Hardware, and software Troubleshooting. I have experience in maintenance of network typology, implementation of PRTG and other network tools and systems for monitoring networks, management of fiber optic and radio links, provide periodic networks and other kinds of reports, also SLA reports, Microsoft 365 Portal Administration, and theoretical knowledge of Trend Micro DLP. I have led a technical support department. At CTRG I was part of the SAP implementation (Physical and Virtual Servers, Applications and database installation and maintenance) and part of the SAP FIORI deployment project. Currently I am Working at ICAP (USAID ONG) as Senior IT Officer, responsible for all ICT equipment, applications, Systems and Datacenter and User support team.
