I am a doctor, graduated in 2009. My first position was as clinical director of a district hospital in a rural district of nampula province. I worked in the district of Ribaue-Nampula Province for 3 years, my main tasks being: direct and coordinate the medical care institution, ensure the faithful observance of the Code of Medical Ethics; Ensure the correct completion of procedures by the medical members of the Medical Staff and oversee professional practice in the institution. Between 2012-2013, I began working as a clinical advisor for the HIV program in 4 rural districts of nampula province, namely Memba, Nacaroa, Meconta and Erati. Among my main tasks were: Ensuring the quality of care services and integrated treatment of HIV / AIDS in rural health units and the achievement of the objectives / indicators of HGF / MoH / donor, through technical assistance to DPS and SDSMAS; Lead, assess, train and watch a multidisciplinary team (clinical tutors ) to identify and remedy problems, limitations and obstacles to the functioning of the services; Ensure integration of services and programs directly related to HIV / AIDS (MQ, GBV, B +,tuberculosis, etc) program. In 2014, I started working in the districts of Zambezia province, where I workef until 2017. I worked in the districts of Alto Molócuë, Gilé, Ile and Quelimane as District Clinical Advisor.The i worked at FHI 360/CHASS as a senior officer for quality improvement and biosafety in zambezia province(Morrumbala, Derre, Mopeia, Luabo and Chinde Districts). Now am working at Nweti, as a Technical Director in Zambezia for 16 districts.
