I have approximately 20 years of experience working in complex, multinational, and multicultural workplaces, including Testing, Inspection and Certification, Minerals, Mining, and Oil and Gas sectors, leading all aspects of the Human Resources function, advising the Executive Leadership, managing digital transformation, and promoting cultural diversity. I developed and implemented strategic and operational HR plans through various planning cycles. Led successful negotiations with Unions from different industries, and enforced local and international HR compliance. I am a hard-working and open-minded person, an outstanding communicator who is skilled in building strategic partnerships, employing human capital practices to attract and retain top talent, and developing strategies that motivate teams and individuals to achieve business objectives. My expertise lies in building corporate infrastructure, transforming cultures, and engaging employees by successfully directing organizational strategic planning and development through ambitious, technologically innovative, and sustainable initiatives and programs. I am also a subject matter expert with a deep understanding of the laws and regulations that govern the workplace, including Labor Law, ISO HSE, and Quality Management Systems standards. In addition to my experience, I have a bachelor’s Degree in Organizational and Pedagogic Psychology, and I am currently seeking a Master’s of Human Resource Management and Development.
