Summary

a) Comply to HR Senior management tasks finance requests. HR about salary, overtime submissions, online labor cost and biometric clock in shifts management (Submission, daily, weekly, and monthly request), ensure that units Leave plans are updated for staff and management and the unit structure is organized to obtain maximum results. Documentation is filled, signed, scanned on time, and send to OPS HR finance, and back up info is kept on file. b) Ensure that the staff movements communicated in time, is documents filled for new staff old staff moving increases are tracked correctly, no staff to work without contracts. Does all movement have the necessary back info, cv, nuit, bank details, id, uniform, or motivation of employment. c) Ensure to have a good and professional relationship with the clients and have sufficient interaction where needed. d) Ensure that the unit contract is issuing the correct chemicals products items at the correct areas and correct volumes and is correct procedures followed. e) Ensure that staff don’t abuse equipment and deliberately damage items that belongs to Tsebo Servco - and report breakages. f) Ensure that every 2 months the equipment is counted, and conditions communicated. Attendance registers documents filled and signed by all participants, scanned back to relevant parties. All back up kept on file. g) Ensure that the weekly and monthly stock are submitted on time, and that all weekly and monthly invoices for the unit in the period is in on time. Also, to review the purchases in voices and stock report, and discuss issues noted. h) Ensure that random stock spot checks are done. When on site visit make sure stock packed in orderly way and organized and FIFO applied, daily issue sheets for stock done and filed, issues updated on stock report, stock variances tracked and reported where necessary. All back up information kept on file. i) Ensure that staff members are working with proper PPE in working areas.
