
Ensure onboarding, transfers, and disengagement of employees (internal and outsourced) adhering to all Absa Group Policies. - Responsible for ensuring access, equipment, and a good onboarding experience for new employees at Absa Bank Mozambique (head office and Absa’s branches in Mozambique). - Routing and following up log cases related to internal systems (Workday) to the Absa Group to support in solutions. - Act as a focal point on sharing employee’s useful information Payroll Team and ensure HR Governance and Risk Control. - Assist Human Resources Business Partners (HRBP) and handling work related to recruitment (Job advertisements, interviews, give feedback to candidates, preparing offer letters and contracts as well the onboarding employees), employee - life cycle (Joiners, Movers & Leavers) and RH Administrative Processes (including renewal of expatriate workers documentations). - Support the HR Operations & Governance Manager on managing the outsourced employees’ providers. - Responsible for all reports related to the monthly JML (Joiners, Movers & Leavers) as well as the staff costs to all RH Stakeholders. - Manage individuals processes of employees and other relevant documentations (physical and digital). - Focal point for communicating relevant information related to benefits and others RH processes and governance to all employees. - Responsible for enrollment of employees in the INSS. - Preparation and submission of the nominal list to Tax Authority.
