We are proud to support the International Labour Organization (ILO) undertake one of the largest global studies on diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
The goal of this survey is to identify how companies across different countries and sectors approach diversity and inclusion; the extent and impact of company actions on diversity and inclusion; and the challenges and opportunities.
In this survey, we show interest in how inclusion is approached and experienced by people in different positions at work – leaders, managers and non-managerial employees - by age, disability, ethnicity/race, gender, religion and HIV status, among others.
The results of the survey will be published by the International Labour Organization (ILO) towards the end of 2021.
Whilst small and medium enterprises (SMEs) play a critical role in the global economy, to date, most studies and recommendations for good practice on Diversity & Inclusion have been directed at large companies, mainly in Western and high-income economies.
This study aims to fill this gap through an online survey of 10,000 respondents from more than 40 countries across the globe with a focus on lower to middle income countries spanning small, medium, large and multi-national companies across a range of sectors.
