Support in drafting and finalising the budget according to donor and SC formats. Ensure compliance of financial and operations systems with organization policies and procedures, Training non Finance Team (including those based in the provincial offices) and budget holders in STAR-G grant financial reporting requirements, systems and processes specific to this grant. This includes training local partners finance teams whenever gaps are identified. Participate in the monthly budget monitoring review meeting over the implementation phase, escalating variances as required. Acting as a focal point for the identification and escalation of issues and challenges related to finance.
