Generator SPOC

Duties

• Generator Maintenance: Weekly and monthly reports for HQ and customer. Mobile and static deployment, fault reporting, long running. Refuelling reports, 250H service track and reports. Tracking faults and repairs. Scheduling. Generator inspections, subcon work shop visits, 250-hour service reports and tracking. Submit WRF's for generator repairs. Check quotes, POW. OWS follow through
• Generator Fuel Reporting: Monitor, track, compare, feedback on refuelling. Subcon, customer and HQ fuel reports
• Site and Tower & Generator PM Reports: Generator Maintenance PM Report Reviews
• Other Admin. OWS, Site count/Region Database record keeping, Generator Tracking,mGenerator Maintenance
• Dashboard, PAC, Quotes, POW, EMS, Ad Hoc, WRF
• Refuelling of Generators
• Performing basic Power checks and facilitate manual changeover between Eskom and Generator supply
• Maintaining the general condition and cleanliness of Generators, Bowsers, and all Company Assets
• Perform Quality measures and Audits & Plan generator repairs
• Oversee and Identify the possible risks that may affect H&S, workflow, quality, performance, etc., and must report all risks identified on time in the proper means of communication to urgency
• Experienced in maintaining and repairing of generators with minimum 3 years working in a similar role
• Manage stock for commercial purposes and spares

Requisites

• Degree/diploma Electrician/Electronic
• On call: Ability to work off hours depending on Network outages and customer requests
• Fluent English speaker
• Field maintenance activity management
• People management skills
• Technically qualified on Generator technology including electrical and mechanical disciplines
