IT/TS Data Management Engineer (m/f)

Duties

• Analyzing the processes, identifying improvement areas in terms of procedures and recommending improvements at process level
• Identifying risk situations in the internal processes
• Monitoring the database according to the policies of the affiliates
• Ensuring data storage, treatment and transmission
• Identifying and solving data collection and conversion problems
• Monitoring the connection parts and problems arising in IT applications to support the company´s Exploration
• Correcting the data entered and registered
• Cooperating in the definition of Data Management
• Managing all the data repositories, supporting the processes related to the business
• Drafting reports according to the company´s policies for activity record, finding solutions to meet the objectives of the technical areas he supports

Requisites

• Degree in IT or similar
• More than 3 years of previous experience in same or similar role
• Windows Server certification
• Windows 10 and other MS certifications
• VMWARE certification
• NETAPP certification
• SQL server DB
• Good and proven knowledge on installation and configuration of Servers (windows, linux)
• Good and proven knowledge of virtualization (VMWARE)
• Good and proven knowledge on installation and configuration of Storage (NETAPP, EMC)
• Good and proven knowledge of security software
• Good and proven knowledge ITIL process
• Good and proven knowledge Linux, W7 and W10 OS
• Fluent Portuguese and English
