Dairy Marketing and Promotions Manager (m/f)

Description

• Such person would be overall responsible for the Sales and Marketing of all Danmoz products. This position is for the most part autonomous requiring an energetic individual with a sound insight into the Mozambique dairy industry. Such position would be responsible for planning and implementing a large marketing drive through the Beira corridor soon after the position has been filled
• Reporting & Supervision: This position reports to the General Manager

Duties

• Planning and implanting marketing campaigns
• Managing sales persons and territories
• Forming an independent contractor network
• Developing new business opportunities and consumer base
• Maintain stock taking and reporting structures
• Contribute to the following activities:
• Driving increased turnover
• Improve overall transport efficiency
• Product development
• Sales training programs setup
• Establishing new dairy consumers
• Focus on larger institutional clients

Key Performance Indicators

• Sales Volume
• Consumer satisfaction with product
• Number of booked customers
• Sales force morale

Requisites

• Knowledge of Mozambique dairy industry
• Sound inter-personnel skills
• Minimum 5 years Sales and Marketing experience in the dairy field
• Appropriate tertiary degree e.g. Marketing
• Proficiency in Microsoft office
• Professional proficiency in Portuguese; English an advantage
