Expeditor

Heading Moçambique is searching for an Expeditor to be based in Pemba, Mozambique.

Duties

• Controlling their work progress; carrying out expediting visits at suppliers premises, preparing expediting reports and supplier delivery according to contractual requirements
• After technical release has been issued, the Expeditor will be the person responsible for dealing with Logistics Coordinator relevant to EXW delivery of materials and equipment
• Dealing with and expediting Engineering Team with reference to approval of Vendor design documents and dealing with Procurement department with reference to supplier contractual delivery date changes

Requisites

• Grade 12 completed
• Project Management basic Course
• 3 years of experience in Oil & Gas project execution environment as Expediter
• English fluently written and spoken
• Basic knowledge of QA/QC Management Systems
• Good Knowledge of Microsoft MS Office Package
