Maintenance Welder

Capital Outsourcing is recruiting a Maintenance Welder, to be based in Tete.

Duties

• Perform welding services of mobile equipment parts and components, plates, repairing of steel structures, ensuring production continuity and availability
• Perform welding on preventative and corrective maintenance
• Manufacture of devices and small parts to be used in maintenance process
• Execute welding backlogs
• Prepare parts for welding
• Keep the welding machines and oxicorte devices on safe conditions of use

Requisites

• Technical Mechanical degree in related field with a minimum of two or three (2-3) years’ experience on industrial environment, in a similar capacity or a similar role in Africa
• Practical experience of carrying out schedule and preventative maintenance activities industrial environment
• A thorough understanding of industry standard safety regulations
• Ability to understand and speak Portuguese
• Must possess basic organizational and interpersonal skills
