Mashova is recruiting a Financial Administrator, to be based in Matola.
Duties
Ensuring that all books of account are accurate, complete and valid, by performing reconciliations as necessary
Maintain accurate records in conformance with local requirements and company procedures
Liaise with head office finance department and assist with monthly reconciliations
Responsibility for annual audit for Mozambique operations
Make sure that all reporting compliant with local Mozambique legislation and IFRS
Prepare and submit all necessary local tax computations and returns, to ensure compliance with local tax authorities including but not limited to IVA, IPRS, IRPC, Social Security
Debtors Control - To ensure the timeous collection of Debtors in order to optimise cash flow, minimize risk and reduce outstanding debtor’s balances
Creditors Control - To ensure that duties in relation to accounts payable are carried out in order to achieve the company’s financial and business objectives
Requisites
Minimum 10 years’ experience in Accounting & Financial Administration
Fluency in Portuguese & English a prerequisite
Computer literate on MS Office and Pastel Evolution
