Superintendente de Instrumentação

Companhia de Sena is recruiting a Superintendente de Instrumentação, to be based in Beira.

Duties

• To lead, motivate and run a team of highly skilled shift and day shift Instruments Technicians, Mechanicians, apprentices and assistants in an efficient High Technological Factory Instrument Department to ensure safe, efficient operations, maintenance and to improve technological in areas of a Sugar Mill

Requisites

• A Recognized Degree in Light Current or Higher National Diploma in Instrumentation
• A minimum of 5 years post qualification experience
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience as an instrument Foreman /Superintendent in sugar mill environment and must be a qualified Instrument Technician. Able to program and have extensive experience on all types of PLCs, Siemens S7, Siemans DCS type PCS7 system, SCADA and bus systems
• Have extensive knowledge of computer systems in general and be able to solComputer down load problems
• Experience on boilers and steam related instrumentation systems are essential
• To become Mentor for Instrument Mechnicians and Technicians in
• Training to upskill the local Instrument department personnel
• Prepare and run Maintenance and Project budgets as well as the writing of capital
• Motivations to secure funds for strategic projects
• Qualified scale officer
• Extensive experience on Weigh Bridge, bagging and packing machines systems
• Instrumentation equipment such as - Temperature, Magnetic Flow meters,
• Conductivity meters, Open Flume flow meters, Gravity, CO2 content, Ph. and
• Variable speed drives
