PRI is hiring a Learning and Development Manager to be based in Maputo.
Duties
Propose, agree and implement delivery of technical solutions
Design integrated learning solutions in consultation with relevant stakeholders
Facilitate learning solutions
Conduct pre, formative and summative assessments that form part of the learning solution
Report back on the outputs during a facilitated session, carry out the relevant impact assessment activities, interpret the impact information and report back on the impact of the solution
Requisites
Relevant Degree
Post graduate degree preferable
Previous experience in facilitating learning solutions in banking to management level
Relevant experience in banking
Statistical Analysis Skills
Definition and gathering of metrics
Knowledge of the business’s existing learning technology infrastructure and delivery methods
Develop and manage a project plan (which requires task definition, task sequencing, estimating of durations, task scheduling and re-planning as the project progresses)
Manage communication within and outside the team (which includes reporting regularly on project progress, and may include attending project and stakeholder meetings)
Manage the interfaces to other functions and teams during the delivery phase
Computer literacy at intermediate level
Cost/Benefit analysis
Proven presentation and communication skills
Ability to learn quickly
Innovative/conceptual thinker
Ability to network
Understanding of learning models and methodologies
