Freelance Trainer

GlobalTrack Moçambique is hiring a Freelance Trainer for Maputo.

Duties

• The Freelance Trainer will be associated with GlobalTrack Mozambique for conducting product training to new and existing clients primarily in the logistics/transport sector
• Diligently adhere to the content provided; however provide inputs to customize it to suit client’s requirement
• Gain full understanding of new products and systems and new product version releases
• Coordinating, scheduling and conducting product training programs that can be delivered in the form of individual or group instruction
• Assisting in preparing and developing instructional training material and aids such as manuals, visual aids, online tutorials, demonstration models, and supporting training reference documentation
• Qualify and/or discard needs and only implement the relevant training needs and requirements of customers and individuals in collaboration with Training Executive

Requisites

Qualifications

• Diploma/Certificate /National Diploma Training and Development
• Experience
• At least 3 years’ working experience within training and development or similar environment

Knowledge

• General education, training and development knowledge
• Should be comfortable with using computers, especially power point presentations

Skills

• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
• Time management skills
• Ability to plan and organise
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
