Superintendent Information Management

BHP Billiton is recruiting a Superintendent Information Management, to be based in Boane.

Duties

• Responsible to recommend, implement and support appropriate Business Systems to support the Mozal Business, within the context of BHP Billiton's Enterprise Standards
• Manage the company IT Infrastructure currently with an outsourced partner to ensure outstanding service delivery
• Provide leadership and further development to a small group of staff
• Manage a combined operating and capital budget of around US$5m per year
• Delivery of guaranteed IT Services
• Support a diverse database of users (Business Management, Production Management and Office Automation)

Requisites

• Bachelor's Degree in information technology or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in a leadership role
• Previous experience in an industrial environment is an advantage
