Store Branch Manager

Capital Outsourcing is recruiting a Store Branch Manager, to be based in Maputo.

Duties

• To ensure that sales and profit is generated
• To ensure that the branch complies to labour- and other legislation
• To meet customer expectations
• To manage staff to ensure productivity
• To manage stock according to company policy
• To ensure ongoing training and development of all staff members

Requisites

• Secondary education or equivalent
• At least 5 years of Retail experience desirable
• Target Driven
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and comfort with working with databases
• Excellent communication skills
• Be able to work under pressure
• Be able to multi-task
• Great attention to detail
• Curriculum Vitae in english, word format with references
