Retail Manager

Vodacom is hiring a Retail Manager for Beira, Tete and Nampula.

Duties

• Manage Dealers that are actively driving VM sales & services via the Retail environment
• Grow the business via Gross connections and Revenue (Pre and Post Paid) and at the same time mitigate churn, fraud and losses
• Increase Data connections
• Maintain focus in revenue generation initiatives
• Identify new partnerships, present their viability to management for further engagement and approval
• Achieve and exceed the agreed Sales targets (Pre-Paid, Post Paid, Data and Revenue etc.)
• Negotiate and implement sales plans “Regionally” for all your Regional Retailers. (These to be reviewed by the EHOD and Director of Sales)

Requisites

• A Degree in Commerce, Business Management or Marketing (MBA, B-Com etc.)
• Further diplomas or certificates in Retail, Wholesale & Process Management will be an advantage
• Minimum 5 years professional experience in large telecommunications/ FMCG/ Financial Services concern in the areas of business intelligence, products and services, and pricing management
• Advanced hands-on experience in process improvement, business analysis, product development and management
