Country Manger

PRI is recruiting a Country Manger, to be based in Maputo.

Duties

• Responsibility for the management all company operations within the country
• Drive the establishment of business development strategies and goals
• Establish and manage the day-to-day implementation of business process
• Agrees annual budgets and produce a detailed quarterly business operating plan
• Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual targets for revenue, profits and cash
• Delivers business performance reports on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Ensure company compliance with all relevant laws & regulations
• Establish client relationships at Corporate and Governmental levels
• Manage the recruitment of support staff and oversee performance & training
• Identify alternative business investment opportunities
• Represent the company and its interests at meetings, seminars and social functions

Requisites

• Male or Female, above the age of 30 years
• College graduate with a minimum of 5yrs working experience in a corporate environment (Ideally with 1-2 years within a multinational organization)
• Technical, Business or Financial management qualifications
• Oil and Gas industry experience would be an advantage
• Firm understanding of budgeting and financial planning
• Excellent communication and networking skills
• Good understanding of customer service standards
• Demonstrate ability to recruit staff and monitor performance
• Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, including people-management, leadership and both written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in the use Microsoft Office softwarr
• Possesses valid passport for international travel
