Capital Outsourcing is recruiting a Accounts Clerk and Office Administrator, to be based in Maputo.

Duties
Primary Objective
  • The Senior Office Administrator is responsible for the management of services and operations that support the core business and ensures the smooth operations of the organization.Duties may vary but will generally focus on using best practice to improve efficiency by reducing operating cost while increasing productivity. Specific accountability includes:
Human Resources
  • Arrange work permits for project personnel
  • Arrange Medical requirements for project personnel
  • Assist with Mozambique recruitment process
  • Ensure personnel files are up to date and secure
Finance
  • Preparation of monthly invoices
  • Assessment of labour broker invoices for accuracy and manage internal approvals for payment
  • Facilitate office and site payments
  • Provide general clerical assistance for project requirements
  • EFT payment processing
  • Line contact with the bank
  • Petty cash and other journal posting
Requisites
  • Must have previous experience in office management
  • HR Experience
  • Book Keeping
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience
  • Fluent in both English and Portuguese
  • Bcom degree
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Excellent people skills
  • Motivate team to perform
  • Well organised, systematic and punctual
  • MS Office capable
